How to send properly a publication publication as a
message to thousand emails (emailshot) without putting in
bcc all the email adresses? Is there a "merge" procedure
as in Word to do that? Thanks

Save as HTML and then use a good bulk email service, like Constant Contact.
Unless you have a really fast connection and a VERY forgiving ISP, you will
bog down the mail sever sending thousand of emails containing anything but
plain text. These are all opt-in, correct? You don't want to get busted for
spamming!
