How to send several inbox messages to folder @ once

C

Chad Harris

On an XP SP2 box using MOS 03 Outlook 03. I know I can change message rules
to designate what folder messages go to when they are received. I seem to
be able to drag the messages to a particular folder, but have been
rightclicking them to make sure they go. I have to test this further. I
suppose I can do some dragging back and forth to One Note 03.

I want to be able to take any number of messages in my inbox and put them in
one folder all at once. Is there any way to do this?

TIA,

Chad Harris

Either hold the shift key to select contiguous messages or use the control
key to select the messages, then use the Edit button to select move to
folder or right click.
