how to send the previous message back in the reply???

i am not able to find a way to keep the email that was sent to me in my
reply. i would like for my reply email to have the message that i am
replying to in the email. thanks! :).

That is the default already.
You can change it back in Tools-> Options-> button E-mail Options...
