How to set up browser not to load toolbars

I design my webpage in front page. Every time the page loads I like it to be
loaded without toolbars of interner explorer - how do i do that?

Hi George,

You'll need to change have the page use the onload event handler of the body tag. The eventhandler can then shut the toolbar off.

You might have some unusual and valid reason for doing this - if you do,
cool. Just remember, it's been shown to be pretty strongly disliked in
studies of users. People like to control their own browsers.

I don't know the code to do it but if I wanted to i'd find a nice simple
popup on the web and steal the source code.
