How to set up events that repeat every 7th working day of the mont

I am preparing an automated monthly processing calendar of events. I want to
be able to set recurring events that occur every 7th, 9th, 12th and 15th
working days of every month. Is there a way to do this in Outlook ? I am
using Outlook XP. Additionally, I want to be able to set up a monthly
calendar of tasks to track the tasks. But using a project plan for this
purpose will not allow me to set recurring tasks every month.

Any help/suggestion on this is appreciated. Thanks.

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments. Details here:
