How TO Stop An Incoming Email

There seems to be a 1.72 KB email that tries to download but never finishes. Is there a way to stop this action? The cancel send/receive function does nothing but eliminate it for awhile. Then it appears at next sign on. Someone, for the Love of God, help me!!

Can you delete the file by going to your webbased maiclient provided by your
ISP?

Try checking your mail on your ISP's webmail site if they have one - or
www.mail2web.com - and you may be able to delete it there.
