?how to stop saving all internet pictures on office picture

MS office picture manager is saving all pictures/logos etc....off every site
when I am just surfing....how do I stop it and only save selected ones...
how do i access the microsoft office picture program ...Thanks...as you can
tell I am a novice.....pls be clear and simple....Thks
