How to stop some messages from being filtered

R

rich

I'm using Outlook 2003. I know messages with certain
keywords in them are not Junk. Apart from address lists,
I can't seem to access the rules MS uses to determine if
a message is Junk. How can I create a rule to say for
example, any message with the text Mustang in it is not
junk.

Thanks,
Rich...

The Rules Wizard runs after the Junk Mail filter does (if I remember
correctly), so if you set up a rule that says any message with "Mustang" in
the subject or body should go to the Mustang folder, even if it's initially
marked as junk it should end up in the Mustang folder. Not that most people
are happy about the Rules Wizard moving stuff back out of the Junk Mail
folder after it's been marked as junk, but that's the way it currently
works...
