how to submit online form via e-mail?

I've created the form and using the prescribed method in help files. How do
you use the 'submit' feature to send the form's information back to the
webmaster? I would prefer to use an e-mail feature that sends the data once
the submit button is clicked. Thanks...

Right-click the form, choose Form properties, make sure Send To is selected,
and then supply an e-mail address.

However, this will only work when you browse the page from an http://
address, and the Web server has the FrontPage Server Extenisions installed.

If your host doesn't provide the FrontPage Server Extensions, check their
support pages to see what method they support for sending mail from forms.
