How to transfer new templates to a curent slide presentation?

I really need to know. I'm doing a final project for school and would like to
add some new templates to my project. I just don't know how to do it.

There are several ways to do this - some more correct than others. Tell me -
which version of PowerPoint do you have? It sounds like you want multiple
masters which are only available in PPT 2002/2003. There are ways to get
around it in older versions, however.
