How to update my own profile on Outlook?

I am trying to update my "properties" profile on Outlook. At present, my
name is shown when you click on "properties" on the list of names. I would
like to input my address, title, contact numbers etc etc and show colleagues
how to do the same. I'm sure it is straightforward and its driving me mad so
please will someone respond asap!!!

What's a "properties profile"? Outlook doesn't have anything by that name.
