How to upgrade Office XP Professional to Publisher 2003?

I would welcome some advice on buying the right software so that I can use
Publisher. We are using Microsoft Office xp Professional (for eligible
students/teachers).

Publisher 2003 can be bought as a standalone and will work nicely with Office XP.
