How to use QuickTime clips in presentations

Hi all, I'm working on a presentation for a guy who has delivered a few
QuickTime clips for use in it. I'm using Office 2002, and don't seem to be
able to pull these files in. Any ideas on how to do it?

Many thanks.

QuickTime = Apple (The competition <g>) You need to convert the QT files to
something that Windows accepts.

Well, yeah, I understand that. That being the case, though, Word saves and
reads other formats, etc.

Nevertheless, I'm looking beyond that to WHAT tools might be available to do
such. I would think there'd be a QuickTime converter or some such thing.

As I understand it, if you purchase Quicktime Pro (for about $25) you can
export to AVI, which may be played in a number of Windows based movie
players.

Nope, afraid not. At least not with out having the sorenson codec installed
on the Windows PC. QT pro is still the best bet.
