How to use stationary w/OLXP

Hello,
I have Outlook XP and have made an html page that I
would like to use as stationary. It consists of a
background picture, some text, and background sound. I've
tried clicking tools>options>mail format>stationary>new
but this distorts or changes my format of the HTML page.
How can I get Outlook to recognize it as I wrote it?
