How to view MULTIPLE Photos (40) in Picture Manager-Thumbnails

We need to be able to open multiple photos simultaneously on sthe display
screen. Similar to using Thumbs+ with thumbnail views.
Can only open 20 at a time currently in MS Picture Manager
