You can create a rule under tools--Rules wizard
Or, probably more of what you're looking for, is the Junk Mail feature,
assuming your unindicated version of Outlook has it. Click the Organize
button on the main toolbar (yellow 3×3 block of squares with three squares
flying away), and then click on Junk Mail.
