How well does Office Projest 2007 work for constrution?

Ginni

Hello, I work for a custom home constrution company and have been given the
task of figuring out this new program for our super. I need to know how to
understand it for my company. If there is anyone out there that can help me
do this and then try and show other people, any advice is welcomed. Thanks a
bunch.

Hi Ginni,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Project 2007 should be ideal for this type of project. However, Project is
not an instinctive program and requires a sound knowledge of project
management and network analysis techniques. You would be well advised to
take at least a 2-day introductory course on Project if you expect to get up
and running quickly. Whilst you are waiting for the course, you might like
to have a look at my series on Microsoft Project in the TechTrax ezine, at
this site: http://tinyurl.com/2xbhc or this:

(Perhaps you'd care to rate the articles before leaving the site, :)
Thanks.)

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: <http://www.mvps.org/project/>

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)
