HPIZ350

When I open any application on my Hewlett Packard laptop zv5213ea I get the
message that HPIZ350 is trying to install and configure. I am then asked to
insert the HPIZ350 disc. H.P. helpline cannot help, I have run virus checks
and anti spy ware programme but have not solved the problem. The problem
first occured when I tried to copy photos to disc. Has anyone any answers.

This is clearly an HP issue, which you must continue to pursue with HP.
