HTML email has a grey background

I have a user who is running Office 2003 SP2. Her email that is in HTML
format displays and prints with a grey background. Email that is either rich
text or plain text displays and prints with a whit background. I have
reinstalled office and created her a new email profile but the grey
background is still there. Any ideas?
