I can't figure out how to design a page in frontpage and

1. Design the page.
2. Publish it to a public Web site.
3. Use IE to browse the page from the public Web site.
4. In IE, choose Send from the File menu, and then
choose Page By E-Mail.
However, you should be aware that not all the features of
a browser are available when a mail program displays
HTML. You may have to fine tune your dedsign until it
works as you want.
