I have a customer on our network who received an email
with an HTM attachment. When she double clicks the
attachment, her Outlook freezes up. She can end task and
open the email again and save it to her desktop fine.
It's just opening it straight from Outlook. Only these
HTM and HTML files fail. All others work fine. Any ideas?
