html newsletters

hi
the company i work for has appointed me the job of creating a html
newsletter to send to our customer "i need help". i've created a newsletter
using publisher but i dont no how so send this as an email. my boss wants the
letter to pop up as soon as you open the email not as an attatchment. what
should i do next.
