HTML viewing in Word

Tom

When I put web links in my word document, I see the web
address in the document instead of the name of the site.
Thus, I'll have take a look at Fred's web page, and have a
link on Fred's, but instead of seeing Fred's, I'll see
http://fred.com

The same is true for my footers and page numbering.
Instead of actually seeing the footer, I'll see
{filename/p} and for page number, I'll see {page} on each
page. I also get this with using the equation editor. I
have tried different views (normal, web, etc.) but this
doesn't seem to make a difference. When I go to print
preview, all of this looks like it should look.

Thank you for any help you can give me about this.
