Hung Email

I am showing 691 messages to be picked up. I can pick up
the first 10, and the 11th message hangs up, and times
out. How can I clear a hung message? I started trying to
retrieve messages when I only had 85. Any suggestions?

I have seen this on several ocassions. Log onto your web email account and make sure your allowed space is not too full. Your ISP can cause this problem. Then clear out all junk mail and delete them from there. Then try using outlook again. This should help
