Hyperlink and Bookmark question

I have a document that has an index which is a series of hyperlinks to
bookmarks within the document. My problem is, that when a hyperlink is
clicked, the bookmarked section of the document appears, NOT at the top of
the window but 4 or 5 lines down. How can I correct this, so that the
bookmarked section starts right at the top of the window?
