Hyperlink from multiple files,

The Guide

currently I have a form (Pictures) wich contains a Hyperlink field from table
(Photo). When I drag a JPG file from the Windows Explorer the file is
hyperlinked in my table.

Now I want to drag multiple files from the explorer to my form and then
create a new record for each file I've selected in the explorer.

I can't find the way to make this work, please help.
