Hyperlink Style

How can I create a different style for hyperlinks? For example instead of
using a:hover can I create a totally new one and use it for hyperlinks?

What exactly do you want to do??
You can pretty much apply anything you want using CSS.
( providing it's valid CSS )

For a few of my hyperlinks I want the color to turn yellow when the mouse
hovers over it. I have been able to do this by modifying the a:hover style,
but that applies to the whole page.

Also, here is a simple question (I think). I am using FP 2003. Is there
anyway to zoom out? This software is starting to really aggrivate me
because I don't know how to do simple things sometimes. The reason I need
to zoom out is because I am working with a Frames Page and I need to stretch
a frame down, but I run out of room on the screen. PLEASE HELP.

CSS would be the way to go, you can select a different style for each
hyperlink rather than a pagewide one.

To do that, you use contextual selectors and pseudoclasses - more fun than
