Hyperlink to ASPX page

Greetings,
I have a workbook that contains numerous columns of data
from a db. One col is a URL that is to launch an ASPX page
w/ some parameters. eg:
http://MyServer/MyAspxPage.aspx?VariableA=1-
65QM58&VariableB=1+78XD+6596

When I attempt to link on this cell I get the message:
Unable to open http://MyServer/MyAspxPage.aspx?VariableA=1-
65QM58&VariableB=1+78XD+6596. Cannot download the
information you requested.

Any help on how to format so Excel will launch the URL?
