Hyperlink to Custom Shows in other Presentation

How can I create hyperlinks from one presentation to the Custom Shows in
other presentaion?

Can't. But you can create links to custom shows in the same presentation as
the custome shows or save the custom shows as separate presentation files and
link to them. Since you can link to a specific slide within a slide show,
this seems a perfect suggestion to send to:
