Hyperlink to executable

I understand that Viewer 2003 does not allow hyperlinks to programs. I,
however, am in need of providing the presentation on CD and the option
to users of the presentation to update Acrobat Reader that is
distributed with the CD. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I
might be able to provide users with this option from within the
presentation?

Will they have web connections? You could link to the URL.

Oh, maybe you could create an HTML page with a link to the EXE file and link
from the PPT file to the HTML file. (Sounds good in theory, anyway. <g>)

You should be able to do a "run program" from the action settings menu,
though.
