Hyperlinks from many Chapters to First Page?

I would like to enable Word to link from a lot of previously bookmarked
Chapter Headings (200) to the First Page of a Book. That way a reader could
easily return to from the Chapters to the First Page.

Do I have to bookmark the first Page and then establish hyperlinks pointing
from the Chapters to the first page?

Is there an easier way of doing it? (Hope I made myself clear)

If it would suffice to go to the table of contents, you can add the Go to
TOC button to a toolbar.
