Hyperlinks in a text box

When I want to put a hyperlink within a textbox, my heading don't show up.
I'm using Word 2002. It works with Word 2000. Is there a work around? HELP!

Fields do not work well in text boxes. Use a frame or a table cell instead.

The Hyperlinks within a text box used to work. In Word 2002 it does not work.
I am using the hyperlink within a flow chart so I really need this function
for this document. Can "frame" or "table cells" work with this?
