hyperlinks in an email problem in Outlook 2000

how do i fix in Outlook 2000 how do i get it to let me clik on a hyperlink in an email? when i do click on a hyperink all it does is open a pop up window called locate link browser how do i get it to open a browser to show the page that i s hyperlinked

Browse to IEXPLORE.EXE and click OK. Once you have done this it shouldn't
happen anymore.

When you get the Locate link browser window set it to IEXPLORE.EXE. By
default this is located in
C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer
