hyperlinks on homepage work with Mozilla & Opera but not with Expl

.....some additional info.:
If I set up my website, in Internet Explorer, as a trusted
website, it works. I.e, the problem must have something to
do with security settings in Explorer (mine is set to
medium) but how do I fix my website so that people can use
it with Internet Explorer?

Thanks I have looked there and for a while I thought the
fact that I'm forwarding (framing) my URL has something to
do with it but I still cannot make any sense out of it.
Why does Explorer work when my URL is set up as a trusted
website in it, and why does the site work fine with other
browsers? To me it points to Explorers security settings
and that it doesn't accept my links as secure somehow, or?
