Just highlight the word, pic, whatever then right click go to hyperlink. On
the right side of the window you have choices to link to. Email, doc, website.
You need to have your document set up as a Web Publication in order to
insert a hyperlink in Publisher 2000.
I'm sure David Bartosik will be along before too long with full instructions
on how to do this if you can't find the menu item yourself (I don't have
Publisher 2000 here to check against)
You can only do it in web mode, and web mode does not work the same as the
standard newsletter mode. I've been having the same trouble and trying to
find if version 2002 or 2003 can do it.
