Hyperlinks

I am a little nervous asking this question after reading "Sara's" responses,
but oh well. I am new to creating web pages that include hyperlinks to other
information. Creating the link is obviously easy and if it links to a
document on my computer fine for me, but how to I create a path that will
work for all recipeients? I tried saving the targeted files as web pages but
that didn't work, how is this done?

You do not link to the documents on your computer. Refer to
http://www.publishermvps.com/Default.aspx?tabid=157

I would also suggest you spend some time perusing the articles on that site
about using Publisher to produce a website. You will answer a lot of
questions you didn't know you had. Also, in the future, you should probably
post your website related questions at microsoft.public.publisher.webdesign
or else Sarah might get after you <grin>.

Sigh...it was so pleasant in your absence. Using that apple has somehow made
you even more caustic and inappropriate...who would have thunk that was
possible?

If you think Sarah is bad, 'you ain't seen nothing yet'. Take a peek at
comp.periphs.periphs and look at the daily Usenet abuse we endure from the
world champion troll - Measekite ([email protected]). At least Sarah has
the ability to help when she's in the mood.

Thanks David, I actually spoke to our IS department and it is an internal
problem in that we have not developed that capability and the present
firewalls prevent me from creating links accessible to those outside the
company. I just ignored Sara, didn't even take the time to read it, how sad
she is so unhappy. I will check out the articles you referenced as
apparently we will be able to create said links in one year.
