Hyperlinks

2 questions

1- I created a pub that I am happy with. When I try and send it as an
e-mail, it appears great in my Outlook sent items. However the recipient
only get text (no graphics, color,...) and only gets a part of the pub???
any Ideas?

2- I had been able to save the pub as a png and it stored the hyperlinks in
the doc so when you placed your cursor over them in the image you had a hot
spot. I tried again and can't get it to do it again. Any ideas what I'm
forgetting to do?

1. The recipient probably has their mail reader set to text only. That is
one of the problems with sending html formatted emails.

2. In Publisher open Tools > Options > Web tab and check send email as a
picture.
