Hyperlinks

I have set up a word document with hyperlinks, the
hyperlinks point to a folder and files on the network
drive. When I e-mail out the document, the hyperlinks
change to the persons personal file folder on the network
drive instead of the chosen folder and file. How do I
keep this from happening?
