I am having trouble forwarding and sending emails from outlook.

We are using Outlook XP with window XP. It seems that since we installed
Service pack 2 of Windows, I am sometimes unable to forward email messages.
Some email messages never get the the receipent. I either case I never get
the mail returned or any type of a error message.

It seems to be inconsistent, sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't.
I can not seem to find a definite pattern.
