I am looking for a sp_Columns like function for Access

I need to have Access through ODBC return a table
containing a table structure. SQL Server has sp_Columns
and FoxPro has Copy Structure (Extended).

Does anyone know how to do this in Access using VB 6.0 and
ADO?

Hi,

You can use the ADO Schemas... This is assumed to be the uniform way to
access those info, independently of the db engine. See, as example, "ADO 2.6
Programmer's Reference", Sussman, WROX, Appendix D.

Hoping it may help,
