I am registering a second Office use for Mac, get 30 day trial mes

Bought an Office for the Mac with three machine uses. Worked fine on first
machine.
Second machine, get 30 days on trial message, won't let me print. Used
online registration,
Screen says successfully registered and an email message will be sent but it
never comes
and the situation above continues. Help? Thanks, Al
