Being Web Page

Can anyone help me or direct me as to what I need to do or program I need. I
am trying to build / design a web page for my church group. A community
Gospel Choir. The purpose of the web page would be for communication
purposes for members and others. I would like to have on the page a display
of what the group represents and some samples of the gospel music that we
sing. If anyone can help me or give me some suggestions as to what I need to
do please contact me help.
