I can not open some attachments

I have received attachments with .msg extenstions and I
can not open them.

try open with Notepad

are they blocked or do you get an error? if so, what error?

also - see help, about to see what version of outlook. If it says outlook
express, hit Forward when you need to use an attachment. You can them save
it and close the message form.
