I can receive email but cannot send it.

I have 2 computers, both are configured exactly the same re. Outlook &
Express, one can send & receive the other won't send but will receive.
Checked all settings with ATT. All OK. Stil lwon't send. ?

And exactly what happens when you try? What version of Outlook?

I am using Ouitlook 2007. Everything else works but outgong messages just go
to my "outbox" and do not send. n the task bar, I get "Send/Receive Error."
(no error code)
