After furious head scratching, David Quinn asked:
| I still didn't get it, but I figured it out. I thought I had Office
| 2003 but
| I looked at the box again and I have Office XP 2002 so my question was
| invalid. Clearly people who upgrade every year get training. People
| who don't don't need it.
|
| Thanks for the reply anyway. I guess it would have been nicer if MS
| had just told me I didn't have the s/w rather than leading me round
| an obstacle course.
|
| Thanks anyway.
