I cannot print the text I can see&preview in text boxes

Just upgraded from 98 to XP Home - have done Service Pak3 update.
I am trying to print a beautiful org chart that I can see in print & web
layout but not normal; I can preview it and see it, but when I print it, the
text is only there (greyed out) in 2 of 19 text boxes. The colours are
beautiful, but no words...
I have read the posts and have checked that under tools >options > print I
have selected drawing objects to no avail. I have tried turning off
background printing which was also suggested.
Can anyone help? Deadline approaching Tuesday am.... Val

Hi, Val. Try turning off print spooling in Start | Control Panel |
Printers | <right-click on your printer> | Properties | Advanced.
