I cannot receive mail for a new e-mail account. Settings are ok.

I've been reading a thread about a similar issue with Outlook only mine
involves an additional e-mail account and NOT the default account. I can
send and receive in it just fine. The message on get is:

Task '(name of account)- Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your
mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being
delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server
responded: -ERR box locked'

What does this mean? I have a POP mail server with my ISP. And how is the
[Inbox] "locked"? Any help.
