i cannot send/receive emails.why?

i have installed and tried to nstall again and i still cannot get my emails
to go out in Outlook. I did not receive an email from microsoft outlook
answering my question. I keep getting an "undeliverable" message. What am I
doing wrong or do I need to install something else? i must be missing a step
somewhere! I thought when you dowload, it loads and you should be ready to
work. Plz help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you, deb m

It's likely a problem with the setup of your email account. Have you
contacted your ISP?
