I can't disinstall Office2010 technical preview: how can I do it?

I uninstalled O2010 TP and in -Program and Features-Uninstall or change a
program- I don't see anymore O2010.
But if I click -VISTA button I can see again the shortcuts for Word2010,
Excel2010, etc.)
I installed Outlook 2007 but I can't use it
The first message is that there is a later version of Outlook
The second message is: Impossible to run outlook. Impossible to open the
outlook window. Impossible to open the set of folders. Impossible to open
information files

How can I do for this problem?

Reformat your computer to remove the Beta. Never install any Beta on a production
machine. Lesson learned the hard way
