How do I open multiple sessions of Word 2002

In the past I have been able to open up multiple instances of Word in
separate windows. Now I can't do that. I open up an instance of Word and any
other document I open up opens in the same window.

If I go to <Arrange All> the documents display horizintally, which makes it
impossible to see anything useful; I need vertical display. It takes minutes
to get the arrangement I want.

How do I fix these problems?

For the first issue, go to Tools > Options > View and check the box for "Windows
in Taskbar".

For the second issue, Word doesn't have a built-in command. You can use the
macro from http://www.word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/TileVertically.htm. See
http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm if you need instructions.
